Baylor University simply known as Baylor is a private not-for-profit Baptist Christian University located in Waco, Texas. The university campus was started in 1846 with very few students.

BU is the oldest continuously operating university in Texas and one of the first educational institutions west of the Mississippi River in the United States. In the year 1886, this university consolidated with Waco university to form Baylor University at Waco, from that day the university has expanded its area into 10000-acres.
