About Lesley University

The Lesley School was founded in 1909 by Edith Lesley to train teachers. Her progressive and bright ideas paved a way for the Lesley University. The aim of the university is to engage students in research, active learning and to blend academics with extracurricular activities in order to transform their students into practically knowledgeable individuals. The university welcomes students from all the cultures, sexual identities, and race. It is a private-not-for-profit type university.
