Marist College is a Private not-for-profit college established in 1905 situated on the banks of Hudson River, on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, and at its Florence, Italy campus.

Its mission is to “help students develop the intellect, character, and skills required for enlightened, ethical, and productive lives in the global community of the 21st century.” The college started as a seminary for the training of future Marist Brothers leading to its development into one of the leading colleges of the arts and sciences in the country. Today, more than 44,000 alumni call Marist their alma mater. Marist boasts of a proud tradition that laid the foundation for a state-of-the-art campus for inspiring and preparing students to enter the workforce of the 21st century.
