Regis University is a private not-for-profit type institution which was established in 1877 and was previously called the Las Vegas College. Built by Jesuit Missionaries, it is situated in Colorado and is ranked on top in the state. It is Colorado's only Jesuit University.
Parents are encouraged to take part in the university's events such as art exhibits, athletic events, family weekend, graduation and commencement, orientation and welcome week. It has obtained the fourth rank among online schools and colleges in the state. During 2017, the faculty strength outgrew 75,000.
