5 Strong Scholarship is granted and is recognized by the 5 Strong Scholarship Foundation. The institution partners with Historically Black Colleges and Universities to give full-educational scholarship grants and continuous academic and financial support to students from matriculation to their graduation.
The main motive of the 5 Strong Scholarship Foundation is to expand the maintenance and graduation rates at Historically Black Colleges and Universities by encouraging individuals until graduation.
Students applying for this scholarship must have to first complete their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application form to identify the financial position of a student's family to pay for the education.
Students must show potential leadership in the classroom, on the campus, and must be good in their academics.
Candidate should have been involved in the community services to be one of the eligible students.
This scholarship provides a maximum of $50000 scholarship amount which is non-renewable.
The number of awards offered by this scholarship is up to 20 candidates each year.
This scholarship is offered only to current year graduating seniors.

An applicant should be a high school graduate and a legally recognized citizen of the United States.
A student must maintain a grade point average of 2.8 out of 4 to be eligible for the scholarship.
A candidate must have a minimum ACT score of 19 and an SAT score of 980 (verbal and math only).
Applicant should be a resident of Metro Atlanta Area and attend all the sessions of 5 Strong Scholarship.
