About the Scholarship
The Association of California Water Agencies is awarding this scholarship to the students who pursue their undergraduate study in water resources or related fields in engineering, agricultural and/or urban water supply, environmental studies at an accredited university of California or California State University. The scholarship is awarded based on the strong academic performance of a student as well as the dedication of pursuing water resources-related management.
How to Apply for Scholarship?
An applicant must provide at least two letters of recommendation from a professor or counselor.
An applicant must provide an official transcript of the college that he/she has studied.
In addition to that, an applicant must write an essay, which should not exceed word count more than 1,000.
Award Amount and Deadline:
The Foundation provides $3500 to two qualified applicants. And the awards are non-renewable.
All applicants need to apply for this scholarship no later than 1st March 2020.
Applicants must be legal California residents.
Recipients must attend an accredited, University of California or California State University at the start of the academic year to receive this fund.
Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in a water resources-related field related to engineering, agricultural and/or urban water supply, environmental studies, or public administration.
Applicants must be at least a junior.
Students must undergo full-time study at an accredited college.
