About the Scholarship
The scholarship is awarded by the AGC Education and Research Foundation. AGC is a leading association for the construction industry and represents more than 26,000 firms. They've awarded over $10 million in scholarships to more than 4,000 students attending colleges and universities across the country. Upon getting selected for the scholarship, there will be a personal interview with an AGC contractor.
How to apply for the scholarship?
The applicant should complete the application which can be found on the AGC site.
Along with the application, the applicant must also submit academic transcripts, ACT/SAT scoresheets and FAFSA.
How much the scholarship award amounts to?
- The award amounts to $2,500 per year and is renewable for up to two additional years. The maximum award amount for three years is $7,500.
- Up to 100 awards are offered per year.
The deadline date is set for 11/1/2019
An applicant must be registered in an ABET or ACCE accredited construction management engineering programs.
An applicant must be a full-time student and must be desired in the construction field.
A student should be a permanent citizen of the United States.
