About the Scholarship

The scholarship is awarded by the AGC Education and Research Foundation. AGC is a leading association for the construction industry and represents more than 26,000 firms. They've awarded over $10 million in scholarships to more than 4,000 students attending colleges and universities across the country. Upon getting selected for the scholarship, there will be a personal interview with an AGC contractor.


How to apply for the scholarship?

  • The applicant should complete the application which can be found on the AGC site.

  • Along with the application, the applicant must also submit academic transcripts, ACT/SAT scoresheets and FAFSA.


How much the scholarship award amounts to?

  • The award amounts to $2,500 per year and is renewable for up to two additional years. The maximum award amount for three years is $7,500.
  • Up to 100 awards are offered per year.

The deadline date is set for 11/1/2019


Eligibility Criteria

  • An applicant must be registered in an ABET or ACCE accredited construction management engineering programs.

  • An applicant must be a full-time student and must be desired in the construction field.

  • A student should be a permanent citizen of the United States.
