About the Scholarship
Alaska Space Grant Program Undergraduate Fellowship is recognized and is sponsored by the Alaska Space Grant Program (ASGP). The foundation was established in the year 1991, ASGP is a non-profit organization that sponsors a broad range of programs to enhance teaching, research, and other NASA related STEM disciplines throughout Alaska
Alaska Space Grant Program Undergraduate Fellowship is offered to individuals who are in need for financial support and are pursuing their education in science, technology, engineering and/or mathematics (STEM) majors. The preference will be given to students who submit projects that are directly related to NASA's interest.
How to apply for this fellowship grant?
Understudies will be required to give an introduction of their venture at an open gathering inside two months of the finish of their association period. Gold country Space Grant (ASGP) must be told of the introduction before the occasion.
Candidates must also fill their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application form to determine how much they can pay for their education.
An applicant must plan to exhibit a notice at the yearly Alaska Space Grant Symposium.
Toward the finish of the stipend time period, a recipient must present a composed report on their venture to the ASGP office.
Scholarship Award Amount
This fellowship amounts to $5000 every year, awards are subject to the availability of NASA funding.

The applications are to be presented to the concerned department no late than September 15, 2020. A student is advised to keep track of the deadline and submit applications to receive the award amount. An applicant must be legally recognized citizen of the United States citizen to be eligible for the scholarship.
A recipient must be very good at their academics and be enrolled at an Alaskan Institution of Higher Education at the time of application.
