About the Scholarship

America's 911 Foundation, Inc. is started this scholarship program to assist the students of the U.S.A through this fund to overcome the applicant's financial burden in order to accomplish higher academic studies. The foundation funds a College Scholarship program for children of Active First Responders(EMS, FIRE, POLICE) who every day place their lives on the line for all of the U.S.A. 

How to Apply for this Scholarship?

  • In order to apply for this scholarship program, an applicant must create an account with the username and password to complete the online scholarship application.

  • In addition to that, A student must write an essay on the topic: "Why is America's 911 Foundation important?" to get qualified for the scholarship award. 

  • And he/she must upload essay only in .pdf(s), .doc or .docx formats. and the essay must limit to 250-500 words.

  • An applicant must demonstrate the financial need to get assisted by financial aid.

  • A recipient is required to submit an official transcript of the college where he/she is studying in.

Award Amount and Deadline:

The foundation is awarding $2,000 to fifteen qualified applicants annually.

The deadline date for this scholarship is 1st March 2020. All applicants are required to submit a completed application, an essay, and other official transcripts no later than the given deadline date.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant's parent should be a paid or volunteer Active Duty First Responder.

  • The applicant must be enrolled in an accredited institution.

  • The applicant should produce financial needs.
