The Animal Health International Scholarship program was introduced by the National FFA organization to fund the educational expenses of those students who are planning to enroll for a course of study majoring in fields related to animal or dairy science.
The scholarship encourages the students who aspire to be veterinarians to pursue higher studies without having to face any financial obstacle.
An amount of $1000 is provided to the recipients for four years. This amount is used to pay the tuition and fees and other college costs.
The scholarship is available to students who are residing in the eligible states of the U.S. These states include Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington or Wyoming.
The applicant must be younger than the age of 22.
The application and related documents are to be submitted before 8th February. The students must complete the application process before the deadline to be eligible.
The applicant must be a resident of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington or Wyoming.
The applicant must be pursuing a 4-year degree course in animal or dairy science.
Applicant age should be below 22 years old.
Must be a member of FFA.
Must have a valid mailing address in the U.S.
Applicant must obtain FFA advisors electronic approval on signature page.
