About the Scholarship

AQHA Indiana Quarter Horse Youth Scholarship is sponsored by the American Quarter Horse Foundation. The establishment was shaped and came into existence in the year 1940. AQHA Indiana Quarter Horse Youth Scholarship is given to ideal competitors who have been an AQHYA or AQHA part for in any event one year and are from Indiana. AQHA Indiana Quarter Horse Youth Scholarship award Amount

  • This scholarship provides $1500 which is non-renewable.

  • The total number of awards offered by this scholarship varies depending on the availability of funds ad students meeting their eligibility criteria.

Deadline Information

All the necessary documents and applications must be sent to the concerned department on or before December 01, 2020. Applications and other information are available online on the American Quarter Horse Foundation website.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates applying for this scholarship should be an AQHA/AQHYA member for at least one year and should be a resident of Indiana.

  • Candidates should be a member of the Indiana Quarter Horse Association for more than 2 years and be actively involved in InQHA.

  • An applicant should apply while pursuing a senior year of high school or while registering at an accredited college, vocational school or university.

  • A student must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 out of 4 to be eligible for the scholarship.

  • Students who want to apply for 2 or 4 years the undergraduate degree of his/her choice.
