About the Scholarship
Bellarmine University sponsors the Bellarmine University Transfer Scholarship. The foundation is an Independent catholic University in the south. The university focuses on granting financial assistance to education based in the liberal arts – and in the distinguished, inclusive Catholic tradition of educational excellence.
How to apply for the Bellarmine University Transfer Scholarship?
Candidates need to apply for federal/state financial aid by filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online.
Transfer grants are awarded automatically once students have been admitted fully to Bellarmine and transfer credit evaluation is completed.
Students who earned fewer than 24 transferable credit hours and graduated from high school less than five years must submit their SAT/ACT scores.
Official transcripts must be submitted by the candidates for the valuation of the application.
Bellarmine University Transfer Scholarship award amounts to
- This scholarship award amounts to $17000 annually which is renewable for up to 2 additional years.
The number of awards offered varies annually. Last year, four scholarships were awarded.
The applications are to be submitted by the end of October 01, 2020. Applications and other informations are available on the Bellarmine University website.
The applicant must have a minimum composite ACT score of 29 (SAT composite score of 1300) and a minimum 3.4 GPA.
The applicant must submit required Bellarmine Scholars essay.
Finalists are chosen and must participate in the Bellarmine Scholars weekend competition.
