About the Scholarship

Carrie B. Hines Endowment Scholarship is licensed by the Saginaw Community Foundation that was established in the year 1984 with a motive to improve the quality of life in Saginaw County by linking donor interests with the community’s most pressing needs and promising opportunities.

To honor Carrie’s memory and her dedication to Christ, Family and Saginaw County, the Carrie B.
