About the Scholarship
Clemson Non-Resident Merit Scholarship is sponsored by Clemson University. The university was started on 1889, with an idea of development and improving the quality of life in South Carolina and far beyond. University scholarships are awarded to both freshmen and upperclassmen.
Basic requirements needed for the scholarship?
Applicants must complete their ACT/SAT score cards for meeting their eligibility.
FAFSA form must be filled and submitted at the time of admission.
The scholarship is provided to all non-resident students who qualify for clemsons academic scholarship requirements.

The scholarship provides $7500 to $15000 annually, depending on the students approved test scores.
The number of awards varies annually, based on number of qualified students.
All applicants are informed to submit the scholarship application by the end of December 1st, 2020

These non-resident merit scholarships will be reduced or removed for students who become South Carolina residents or receive other tuition-specific scholarships.
Domestic out-of-state students who are ranked in the top 10% of their high school class and score a minimum of 1360 SAT or a 29 on the ACT composite will receive a merit scholarship
