About the Scholarship

Hollister Co. Anti-Bullying Scholarship awarded by the National Society of High School Scholars Foundation. The Hollister Co. has launched an ongoing college scholarship program for those outstanding students who have academically good results while experiencing bullying and for those who have led anti-bullying efforts in their schools and communities. Recipients are selected by a Scholarship Selection Committee comprised of members of the NSHSS Foundation Board of Directors and invited community leaders working on issues of anti-bullying.


How to Apply for Scholarship?

  • Applications and additional information about this scholarship are available online from the National Society of High School Seniors Foundation website. In order to apply for this award, all applicants must complete the online application.

  • Along with a completed application, students must submit the teacher recommendation, transcript, personal statement, and photographs.

  • Students must also submit an essay of up to 500 words addressing the topic listed on the application. 

  • A student must give a resume of honors and awards, leadership activities, community service activities, extra-curricular activities, internships, and employment history

  • All application materials must be submitted online by the deadline date.


Award Amount and Deadline:

The scholarship award amounts to $2,500 annually, renewable for up to three additional years.

The last date to apply for this scholarship is on 1st February 2020. All applicants must apply for this award before the given deadline date.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be a high school senior or undergraduate student at the time of application.

  • A candidate must demonstrate a commitment to anti-bullying efforts.

  • A recipient must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
