About the Scholarship
Home Builders Care of Fargo-Moorhead Foundation is a charitable organization created by the Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead. It is impacting the community through building projects, empowering students, and shaping the future workforce. The Foundation is a charitable organization, it is providing two scholarship programs, one is a technical application program and another is a University application program available to the students who pursue their academic study in construction-related fields who are members of a construction industry-related student chapter in at Minnesota State Community and Technical College-Moorhead (M State), Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM), North Dakota State College of Science-Wahpeton (NDSCS) and North Dakota State University (NDSU).
How to Apply?
Additionally, a student must validate a need for financial assistance that they are facing in order to pursue the academic study.
A recipient must demonstrate that she or he has been meaningfully involved in community service and a list of honors or awards received during your post-secondary education.
An applicant is also required to demonstrate academic ability by submitting the ACT/SAT grade cards.
Also, a scholarship application form requires an applicant's resume.
An applicant is also required to provide a two-page type-written statement on the topic given by the financial aid.
Award Amount and Deadline:
The scholarship award amount is $1000 available to many applicants.
The scholarship application form and official transcripts must be postmarked by 27th September 2019.
Must be a member of the National Association of Home Builders Student Chapters at Minnesota State Community and Technical College-Moorhead, Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM), North Dakota State College of Science-Wahpeton (NDSCS) and North Dakota State University (NDSU).
Must be an outstanding student in construction-related fields.
