About the Scholarship
Kelsey's Law Scholarship
Kelsey Raffaele, 17, of Sault Ste. Marie grievously passed on in a phone related car accident in 2010. Kelsey's Law Scholarship has been set up in her respect to support change in youngsters who drive diverted.
Who can Apply - High school juniors and seniors. Applicant must be a Michigan resident with a valid Michigan driver’s license.
How can students apply - Candidate needs to complete the application form with all the terms and condition and also all policy.
The scholarship is open to 11th and 12th grade students (Class of 2018 and 2019) attending any public or private Michigan high school (finalists will be required to provide proof of enrollment with a student I.D. or transcript).
The applicant must be a Michigan resident with a valid Michigan driver’s license.
If the applicant is under the age of 18 by October 1, 2018, a parental consent form must be signed by a parent or guardian if he/she is selected as a finalist.
