What is the application process?
An applicant must fill in the online application form via the Agricultural Career Network account. Will just one application, a student will be able to apply for all the scholarships he/she is eligible for.
A candidate must obtain a school address, phone number, advisor's name, GPA, class rank, and principal's name and email address prior to the application.
Students are required to submit their ACT/SAT score-cards while applying for this scholarship to demonstrate their excellence in academics.
An essay of 1000 words or less explaining one's career goals, academic goals, and personal goals must be submitted by the students.
A statement of 1000 words or less must be submitted describing why the candidate must be awarded for this scholarship.
Students must also complete the financial analysis section of the application.
Scholarship Award Amount
- The award amount offered through this scholarship amounts to $1000 annually and is non-renewable, the awards are to be used for tuition, fees, books, and equipment for classes.
- The total number of awards offered by this scholarship is limited to one deserving candidate each year based on the profile.
Students are advised to send their application forms to the financial aid department of the organization on or before February 06, 2020, to be eligible for the scholarship.
Any documents sent post-February will be disqualified and won't be considered for the evaluation.
An applicant must be a high school senior or a UG student currently enrolled for any program.
A candidate must be less than 23 years old and be a member of the FFA.
To be eligible for the scholarship, an individual must be enrolled as a full-time student maintaining a grade point average of at least 2.8 or above.
A student must be a legally recognized citizen of the United States and exhibit strong leadership skills and community involvement.
Applicants must be pursuing a four-year degree in agronomy, animal/crop science, farming, or wildlife management.
