About the Scholarship

The scholarship is awarded by The McCraw Law Group. A team that offers support and assistance during unexpected incidents. They offer financial assistance and help families sort out their worries. The Group has successfully resolved cases through settlements or by jury verdict across state and federal courts in Texas. Their scholarship is for students who are first responders who are ready to help no matter the time and location. Academic merit and scholastic achievements are among the factors considered during the selection.

 

 


How to apply for the scholarship?

  • Interested applicants should submit an essay of 500-1000 words that discusses the role of first responder's in today's society.

  • Along with the essay, academic transcripts, GPA scores, and a resume should also be submitted.


How much the scholarship award amounts to?

The award amounts to $1,000 yearly and is non-renewable.


Deadline Information

The deadline date is set for September 30


Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be enrolled in a college, university, or law school.

  • Must be a graduating high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student.

  • Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
