About the Scholarship

Mildred Culbert Kelly & Fred W. Kelly Traditional Student Scholarship is licensed by the Saginaw Community Foundation. The foundation was established in the year 1984 to improve the quality of life in Saginaw County by linking donor interests with the community’s most pressing needs and promising opportunities.

Mildred Culbert Kelly & Fred W. Kelly Traditional Student Scholarship was started to continue their legacy to assist youth with scholarships for students who might not otherwise obtain a college or vocational degree.
