About the Scholarship
The students who are residing in the state of Oklahoma are awarded scholarships on the basis of the financial income of their family. The individuals or businesses that sponsor the scholarships to non-profit organizations receive tax credits.
The Oklahoma Equal Opportunity Education Scholarship is awarded to those students who are pursuing postsecondary education in the state of Oklahoma. Around 6 non-profit organizations offer scholarship programs to students.
Oklahoma Equal Opportunity Education Scholarship Awards
The scholarship amount and number of awards may vary according to the funding acquired by the organizations and financial need as demonstrated by the applicant.
The applicants who are without an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) are eligible to receive an amount up to $5000 or more according to the tuition and fees at the educational institution.
The students who have an IEP receive scholarship amount up to $25000.

The applicant must belong to a family with an income of up to 300% of the free and reduced-price lunch program or be eligible based on the criteria put forth by the sponsors of the scholarship.
The applicants must submit the application form and related documents to the scholarship committee without fail.

The application deadline will be given on the official website of the organization. The students are expected to submit the application and related documents before the last day without fail.
The student should be from a family with incomes up to 300% of the free and reduced-price lunch program.
The student should be attending or a resident in the attendance zone of "in need of improvement" titled public school.
