About the Scholarship

State of Maine Grant Program is a form of financial assistance provided by the Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) to undergraduate students of Maine who belong to a family whose estimated family contribution is very less.

The grant programs fund the postsecondary education of students and hence relieves them of the financial burden while receiving a proper education.

Students who have applied for federal financial aids by completing the FAFSA process are automatically eligible for the grant program as there is no other application process to receive the grant.
