About the Scholarship

Support Creativity Scholarship is accredited by We support creativity. The organization is a grant providing organization which gives financial assistantship to undergraduates who cannot afford college or universities, and who demonstrate financial need. The Support Creativity Scholarship is provided to those who are passionate designers, animators, editors, photographers, artists, illustrators, and painters, who wish to develop their skills at higher education institutions. 


What can students do to apply for this scholarship?

  • The students applying for this scholarship must have been completed their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application to receive this award.

  • The student must submit a project that illustrates their passion for their specific creative field in any medium.

  • The student must also submit an essay describing their project as well as any financial hardships.

  • Applicants must demonstrate financial need to receive this award.

  • Applicants must demonstrate a project based on the topic from the application.

How much does Support Creativity Scholarship provide

  • This scholarship provides $1000 each year which is non-renewable.

  • The total number of awards offered by this scholarship is limited to 3 candidates each year.

  • The selection process is based on the student's project, their essay, and indication of financial need. The selection will be made by Support Creativity.


Deadline information

The applications are to be submitted by the end of May 01, 2020. Students are informed to submit their scholarship application and other requirements are to be submitted before the due date. Applications and other information are available online on the We support creativity website.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Scholarship applicant should be a creative artist.

  • Applicant should provide a written essay expressing interest in the field of design.

  • Applicant must be a resident of New York.

  • Applicant must also write an essay stating why they should receive this particular scholarship.
