Taco Bell Live Más Scholarship
Today the whole world trying to find out some new innovations there are millions of people who have some extra talent to invent something, especially the young generation. We know that affordability is a major barrier to education most Americans struggle to cover the cost of college. The Taco Bell Foundation is providing a scholarship called Taco Bell Live Más Scholarship for the next generation of innovators, creators, and dreamers who want to make a difference in the world.
Earning a college degree gives you a serious advantage in the workforce. College graduates consistently out-earn workers with just a high school diploma and, according to the Georgetown Center on Education and the Workforce 65 percent of all jobs in the American economy will require education beyond high school by 2020.
The Taco Bell Live Más Scholarship is not based on academic grades or how you play sports or writing essays or any other exams like other scholarships. The person who has the talent to make something different or who have some extra creative mind or who have some new idea to change the world those people can apply for Taco Bell Live Más Scholarship.
For Taco Bell Live Más Scholarship the applicants have to create and submit a video (2 min or less in length) tells us the story of your life's passion. It could be a short film, animation, or just a simple testimonial. This is not about checking your capability to make a film we just want to show us your passion and explain why you should be considered for a Taco Bell Live Más Scholarship
Taco Bell Live Más Scholarship Amount
The Taco Bell Foundation has announced that it will be giving away more than $21 million in college scholarships by 2021.
The Taco Bell foundation will evaluate the applicants and provide the scholarship amount by given below and this scholarship is awarded for 100 students age between 16 and 24 years.
$25000 for 10 students
$10000 for 60 students
$5000 for 30 students
How to Apply?
Submit the application form and video before February 21.2020. To apply, create a video (two (2) minutes or less in length) that answers at least the first four of the following questions
What is your passion and how are you pursuing it today?
How do you plan to achieve your passion through your educational goals?
What impact will following your passion have on your local community or the world?
What is your dream college, school or next step in your education? Each applicant must identify a specific post-secondary education program, college or certificate/degree option he/she wishes to attend, or for which he/she needs funds.
What makes you unique?
What career do you wish to pursue?
What experiences shaped you growing up?
What obstacles have you overcome?
What is something we wouldn’t know about you that helps explain the “real” you?
What does this opportunity mean to you?
If you are awarded a scholarship, how will it change your life?
Visit the website during the Program Period, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online application form with your first and last name, date of birth, email address, parent/guardian email address (if you are a minor in your state of residence), address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and high school name (optional), and upload your Video (altogether, an “application”). All applications will be reviewed for content and compliance with the submission guidelines below to determine eligibility. An applicant who is a minor in his/her state of residence must obtain and submit written permission from his/her parent/legal guardian to apply. Applications must be in English. Videos must be no larger than 1 GB, two (2) minutes or less in length, and in the following formats: MP4, MPEG, MOV, AVI or WMV. Limit one (1) application per person
Scholarship Recipient Selection and Notification:
The Taco Bell foundation Live Mas Scholarship committee will generally consider the following characteristics or attributes when reviewing eligible Videos: Passion, Desire, Uniqueness: Personal Presentation, Social Impact, Educational Goals. At the end of the Program Period, a total of one hundred (100) eligible applicants will be selected for the scholarship. Selected scholarship recipients will be notified in person, by mail, by email, by phone or by any other means at the sole discretion of Sponsor on or about May 15th, 2020 (“Notification”). Sponsor may notify recipients earlier.
Applicant must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, between 16 and 24 years of age, located in the United States or D.C. and on track to apply for accredited post-high school/post-secondary educational programs (including accredited two-and-four-year colleges, universities, vocational-technical and trade schools) pending receipt of a high school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
Applicant has to identify the specific secondary education program, college or certificate/degree option you want to get into, or for which you need funds.
For minor, you’ll need writing consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
Applicant must be willing to work with the Taco Bell Foundation’s Scholarship Management Company throughout the award process.
Employees of Taco Bell Foundation, Inc., Taco Bell of America, LLC, Taco Bell Corp., and its parent, subsidiaries of its parent, franchisees, licensees, and the advertising and promotion agencies involved with this Program are not eligible to apply or receive a scholarship.
