The University of Findlay is a private not-for-profit university found in 1882. It is committed to helping students achieve their goal by giving meaningful experience both in and outside the classroom. It strives to cultivate the potential in the students through academic excellence. The mission is to provide all the support to the students in order to attain meaningful life and productive career. University of Findlay Online

It was one of the first universities in the region to offer online programs and it has started offering the programs since 1999. The online students get the same benefits as the traditional students. The faculties are experienced in order to provide effective online classes to the students.

100% of the programs have experiential learning and more than 300 students share their research and creativity in the annual symposium every year. There are more than 80 majors for the on-campus students and It offers 22 programs across 6 disciplines in the online format.

Baseball, Basketball, Cross Country, Football, Golf, and Soccer are the major sports played by the athletes. There are several facilities provided by the department which includes Ralph & Gladys Koehler Fitness and Recreation Complex, Robert A. Malcolm Athletic Center, Croy Gymnasium, Sink Natatorium, Russ & Peg Armstrong Complex, Donnell Stadium, DeHaven Field, Findlay Country Club and so on.

There are several amenities and services provides by the department to satisfy all the needs of the residence. The different residence halls include Bare Residence Hall, Deming Residence Hall, Fox Residence Hall, Lovett Residence Hall, Morey Residence Hall, Myers Residence Hall, UF Haven, and UF Village. Each of the dorms has its own facilities to make sure that every student will find a suitable hall.
