Oregon is the hub for the topmost colleges which offer online education. It includes Oregon State University, which is globally renowned for its online education programs. Oregon is the member of Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education which benefits you with enrollment into interstate colleges' online programs which are not provided or offered in their home state and the tuition fees are significantly lowered.
Oregon has 26 public, 24 private not for profit, and 15 private for-profit universities/colleges, from which around 30 colleges/universities provide the students with extensive and well structured online programs in the various fields of education and departments. Some of the top universities that provide good quality online education are Oregon State University, Warner Pacific College, and Northwest Christian University which are ranked among the universities which offer an interactive online educational session.
The number of student enrollment in 2016 was 236,235. The total number of degrees awarded to the students was 12,955 Associate's Degree, 22,563 Bachelor's Degree, 10,021 Master's Degree and 1,974 Doctoral Degrees, according to the National Center for Education and Statistics.
There are various financial aid and scholarships available which are provided by the Federal and State Government. The institutes also provide financial aid and scholarships to the eligible students.
