The 1,000 Dreams Scholarship Fund is provided award is started by the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation in the year 1978, the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation has always strived to improve the community by providing centralized resources for decentralized charitable efforts. The award is available annually to high school women in the United States who are actively involved in extracurricular and academic activities that may incur costs beyond tuition. Potential uses of scholarship funds may cover all the educational expenses.
How to Apply?
To start with the application process, thee applicants must submit a completed application, which can be found on the official website of the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation.
Next, the applicants are expected to attach the responses to all supplemental questions, including:
- a description of how the applicant would use the funding from this scholarship.
what academic or extracurricular goals the applicant expects in the future
how the applicant's achievements could further help the same sex with similar aspirations
two letters of recommendation from legit and certified sources
All applications and supporting materials must be received online no later than the deadline date.
