About the Scholarship

ACI Pittsburgh Founders Award is accredited by American Concrete Institute - Pittsburgh Chapter. The foundation was established in 1962 by Art Livingood, Andy Fertal, and Bob Zerns. the organization was started to provide education assistance to the undergraduates of Pittsburgh who shows an interest in the cement technology, or concrete technology, design or construction. The scholarship was named in the honor of the founders of the organization.


How to apply for this scholarship program grant?

  • The student has to complete Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be able to apply or receive any financial aids.

  • Students applying for this award must demonstrate financial need.
