About the Scholarship
This scholarship is open to international and U.S. students who are licensed radio amateurs studying science, technology, or engineering. Students must be residents of or attending college in Oklahoma (second preference goes to students residing in or attending college in Texas). Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international and U.S. students. Must attend or plan to attend a four-year college or university. Must possess an active amateur radio license. Must reside OR attend a college/university in Oklahoma. If no eligible applicant is identified from Oklahoma, students residing OR attending college/university in the ARRL West Gulf Division area (OK, TX) will be considered.
