Eligibility Criteria
Must reside in or have graduated from a high school in Oregon. Must be a graduate student at the time of application. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. Must be female. This award is for U.S. students. Must be majoring in transportation or a related field.
