This scholarship is established in 1995 the memory of the late Bobette Bibo Gugliotta, author of several books, like Katzimo: Mysterious Mesa; Pigboat 39, about a World War II submarine; and Women of Mexico: This scholarship is given to those candidates who have the interest to make their career in the writing field.
