The Bruce Fishkin Scholarship Fund is awarded by a non-profit organization to support students who huge dreams about higher studies. This program funds the educational expenses that stand between the students and their educational goals as an obstacle.
The scholarship recipients are selected based on their academic standing, special skills, sense of individuality, and the potential of the student.
The scholarship is awarded to students who reside or be enrolled in a high school in Fairfield, Westport, Green Farms and Redding of Connecticut, and the cities of Chicago, Illinois, and Las Vegas, Nevada that surround the suburbs.
The scholarship is awarded to students for 8 semesters, annually. The amount sums up to $200,000 by the end of the term.
The fund is used to meet the different educational expenses such as college tuition and fees, books and supplies, accommodation, and other necessities.
The applicant must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for a bachelor’s degree or for a four-year program.
The applicant must have attended the competitive exams like SAT or ACT and should have scored a minimum of 1100 or 22, respectively.
The student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 in the high school level.
The applicant must be residing in any of the eligible areas or counties in Illinois, Nevada, and Connecticut.
The applicant must be a senior high school student at the time of application.
The application process commences on the 1st of September. The students are expected to submit the application before 31st October.

The Candidate should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in High School
An ACT score of 22 or SAT score of 1100 preferably
Wants to attend a university for a bachelor's degree in the United States.
