About the Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. high school seniors/graduates, undergraduate students, and non-traditional students enrolling as undergraduates who are pursuing a health career field. Students must be residents of Canyon and Owyhee Counties in Idaho or Malheur County in Oregon, and have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be a high school senior graduating from a public or private high school or the equivalent (GED) OR a currently enrolled undergraduate OR a non-traditional student who has previously graduated from high school or the equivalent and has been accepted for admission or is currently enrolled as an undergraduate student. Must be enrolled full time. Must pursue a health career field at an accredited professional/technical school or an accredited public or private junior college, college, or university. Scholarships are primarily awarded to full-time residents of the area served by West Valley Medical Center, including Canyon and Owyhee Counties in Idaho and Malheur County in Oregon.
