This award is for U.S. seniors graduating from Nitro High School, students must be residents of Cross Lanes or Nitro, West Virginia. The applicant must have a 2.0 grade point average or higher and an ACT score of 20 or higher to be eligible. Eligibility Criteria
Must be a high school senior at time of application. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be a full-time student (12 credit hours or more). Must be a resident of Cross Lanes or Nitro, West Virginia.
