Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a legal resident of Delaware. Must rank in the upper quarter of his/her high school class. Must have a combined SAT score of 1290 or higher. Must enroll as a full-time student in a degree program at a non-profit, regionally accredited institution.
