Eligibility Criteria
Must be a licensed radio amateur with a general class or higher license. Must major in electronics, communications, or related fields. Must attend college in one of the New England states or New York. Must be a resident of one of the New England states (ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI) or New York.
