The Ellen M. Buchart Scholarship was named in memory and honor of the late Ellen Buchart whom served Kentucky Public Health Association (KPHA) as a past President. This scholarship will be administered by KPHA in the amount of $2,000 and is payable at the rate of $1,000 per semester paid directly to the student’s school. Eligibility Criteria
