This award is available to Texas resident undergradaute students who are children of persons listed as Missing in Action or Prisoners of War by the U.S. Department of Defense. The applicant must be 21 years of age or younger at the time of application. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a Texas resident. Must have documentation from the Department of Defense that a parent, who is classified as a Texas resident, is missing in action or a prisoner of war. Must attend a public college or university in Texas. Must be 21 or younger at the time of application. Must be a U.S. citizen.
