Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of Texas. Must be employed as a paid firefighter by a political subdivision of the state of Texas. Must attend a public college or university in Texas. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be enrolled in courses offered as part of a fire science curriculum. Such courses may include those related to fire service, emergency medicine, emergency management, and public administration.
