About the Scholarship

This scholarship is available for U.S. and Canadian undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled in an accounting program preparing for a career in state and local government finance. Undergraduate students must be in the process of completing at least their junior year by the time the scholarship is awarded. Application requirements for the Frank L. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be enrolled in an accounting program preparing for a career in state and local government finance. Graduate students may also be studying public administration. Must be a full-time student. Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States or Canada. Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at time of application. Please note: Undergraduate students must be in the process of completing at least their junior year by the time the scholarship is awarded.
