About the Scholarship

This scholarship is available for high school seniors who are 4-H members and plan to attend North Carolina State University or a U.S. military academy. Preference is given to applicants from Edgecombe and Cumberland counties. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a current 4-H member. Preference is given to applicants who are outstanding 4-H members from General Shelton's home county of Edgecombe (NC), or who are from Cumberland County, NC, the home of Fort Bragg. Must plan to enroll full time. Must plan to attend North Carolina State University or a U.S. military academy.
