This award is available to Virginia high school seniors who are planning to attend college in Virginia. Students must demonstrate academic achievement and financial need. Must plan to enroll at a Virginia college or university. Must be a high school senior at time of application. This award is for U.S. students. Must complete high school in Virginia.
