This scholarship is available for high school seniors in Pinellas County, Florida who plan to major in education, human relations, or counseling. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. This award is for U.S. students. Must be a high school senior at the time of application.
