About the Scholarship
Fannie and John Hertz Foundation is awarding this opportunity to the student who is pursuing a Ph.D. program. The award is given to the students of the U.S region. In order to receive this grant, the student must be a Broadly knowledgeable Innovators who see challenges in new ways. And Eager to make a positive impact on the applied physical and biological sciences, mathematics, and engineering.
A student must show exceptional intelligence and creativity, excellent technical education, orientation and commitment to the applications of the physical sciences, an extraordinary accomplishment in technical or related professional studies.
How to Apply for Scholarship?
To be considered for this scholarship award, an applicant must create an account with the username and password to get the online scholarship application.
A student must provide a letter of recommendation from his/her teacher/professor.
A student must write an essay about the topic posted on the official website in order to take this fund.
In addition to that, a recipient must give two sets of official transcripts of his/her college academic records, including undergraduate and graduate studies.
Also, an applicant must give Reference Reports from four different individuals, who know well the applicant's academic and professional experience and ability.
Award Amount and Deadline:
The organization is funding $34000 to any number of qualified students. The award is renewable.
The scholarship deadline is fixed on 23 October 2019.
Applicants must be the students of the applied physical and biological sciences, mathematics, and engineering.
Applicants are citizens or permanent residents of the United States of America, and who are willing to morally commit to make their skills available to the United States in time of national emergency.
