About the Scholarship

This award is available to Oklahoma undergraduate students who graduated from an Oklahoma high school (or earned a GED) within the past three years and are attending an Oklahoma public college or certain programs at technology centers. Students must have been in the custody of the Department of Human Services for nine or more months between the ages of 16 and 18, and must be 21 or younger at time of application. Application requirements for the Independent Living Act (Foster Care Tuition Waiver) are:Eligible students automatically considered

Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of Oklahoma. Must be 21 years of age or younger. Must have been in Department of Human Services custody for nine or more months between the ages of 16 and 18. Must be enrolled in an Oklahoma public college or university or certain programs at technology centers. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must have graduated from high school or the equivalent within the previous three years. Must have graduated from a State Board of Education-accredited high school, the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics, or a high school bordering Oklahoma as approved by the State Board of Education, or have completed the General Educational Development (GED) requirements.In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:Sign Up To View
