About the Scholarship
The Freemont Foundation is awarding James M. & Erma T. Freemont Foundation Scholarship Program to the U.G students of the U.S. The scholarship nominates the student based on academic ability, leadership skills, and involvement in community service. The James M. and Erma T. Freemont Foundation award scholarships to eligible students attending college or institutions of higher education. In the starting four years, the foundation provided more than $96,000 for scholarships with the help of phenomenal supporters and recipients have named thirty-eight "Freemont Scholars".
How to Apply for Scholarship?
The scholarship application is available on the Freemont Foundation website, an applicant must fill that form.
A student must submit an official document of ACT/SAT grade cards to analyze academic performance.
An applicant also needs to submit a letter of recommendation from college.
In addition to that, a student must write an essay within 300 to 350 words.
What is the Total Amount Awarded?
A scholarship is awarding $1875 to any number of applicants. And the award is non-renewable.
An applicant must apply for this scholarship before 2nd February.
Applicants must attend an accredited HBCU for the Fall of the current academic year in full-time status.
Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in science.
Students should have a minimum grade point average of 3.00 on a 4.00-grade scale.
Applicants must have demonstrated leadership abilities through participation in community service activities.
