About the Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. students who are enrolled at an HBCU (Historically Black College/University) pursuing an undergraduate degree in the sciences with the intention of pursuing that discipline as a career. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Application requirements for the James M. & Erma T. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a current undergraduate student. Must be accepted or enrolled for the upcoming academic year with the intention of maintaining full-time status for the entire year. Please note: Enrollment must begin in the fall semester. Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in the sciences with the intention of pursuing that discipline as a career. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent).
