Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of West Virginia. Must be a full-time student (12 credit hours or more). Must be a graduating senior at South Charleston High School in South Charleston, West Virginia. Must be a high school senior at time of application. Must be a U.S. citizen.
