About the Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. high school seniors who have been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Students must have a grade point average of 3.2 or higher and an SAT score of 1750 or higher or an ACT score of 25 or higher; students must demonstrate dedication to giving back to their community (volunteer work, speaking engagements, club and organization participation, etc.). Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be a high school senior. Must have a grade point average of 3.2 or higher.
