Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. and international students. Must be a single parent, or a citizen of a country other than the United States, Mexico, or Canada. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must enroll in a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester. Must plan to attend Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota. Must be a graduate student at the time of application. Must be majoring in communications.
