Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a resident of Coos, Curry, Jackson, or Josephine counties in Oregon OR a graduate of Franklin High School in Portland, Oregon (Multnomah County). Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must be a high school senior or current undergraduate or graduate student.
